Sandra Avelli

Hi! I am Sandra, founder of Avelli Fitness.

I have a very intuitive training style, incorporating hypertrophy, lifestyle change, weight loss, muscle gain, bodybuilding and longevity.

In the mid 90’s fitness was one of the main components that gave me my life back. As a domestic violence survivor, I found my strength within, and the ability to control the controllable. In sessions, I instill this same self worth within my clients.

In 2007 I began my journey in the bodybuilding world and have competed in figure, bikini and Women’s physique. I have coached both males and females to grace the stage through nutrition protocols, training regimen, and presentation.

Outside of working, I am with my family. As a 50+ mom of 4 (not so littles anymore) I value that time. I also really enjoy trying new experiences, we cannot take “stuff” with us when our time is done here. May as well make memories.

Terrina White Jr.

Hi! My name is Terrina White, but most call me “T”!

Specializing in athletic performance, weight loss, and recovery/mobility; I’m passionate about helping a wide array of clients unlock their full potential. After discovering my own battle with body dysmorphia and an ED, I had to realign my own relationship with exercise, food, and self care. This journey revealed my first love about fitness there is no “one size fits all” approach or program. The other thing I enjoy most about fitness is being gifted the opportunity to  empower others to achieve their goals, build confidence, and embrace a healthier lifestyle on your own terms.

When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy anything that gives me an excuse to soak up some sun, creating art and spending quality time with loved ones.

Abby Gaudreau

Hi, my name is Abby!

My main training focus is on lifestyle training with an emphasis in weight loss and overall health & wellness.

I was a competitive athlete for 15 years before going to college; where the freshmen 15, then the relationship 15, and the lifestyle caught up to me. In 2021 I decided that needed to change. I cut out alcohol, started working out, and taught myself healthier habits in the kitchen, and things started to click in place. I fell in love with the gym and after 2 years coaching myself I lost almost 40 pounds.

Now, I’m a competitive bodybuilder with Sandra as my coach, and I couldn’t be happier with the lifestyle we are creating together!

Outside the gym, I have a mini goldendoodle named Ridley who is my entire world. I love reading books, coloring, going for rides on my boyfriend’s motorcycle, and spending time with my people.
